Clinical Modality Specialist Structural Heart

Job Description

As a Clinical Modality Specialist Structural Heart, you will have the opportunity to become part of a new clinical team that is commercializing Philips' groundbreaking new 3D intracardiac echo catheter, VeriSight Pro.

Your role:

  • Provide the sales team with in-depth knowledge and expertise on the devices, software, solutions, and services related to the minimally invasive treatment of structural heart disease, covering both clinical and technical aspects.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions, effectively communicate product and market knowledge to physicians, nurses, and medical technicians during external events and customer visits, as well as to colleagues in internal meetings.

  • Develop customized product configurations and service models, including updates to existing installations, and generate pricing proposals. This includes preparing offers and facilitating the sale of products, updates, upgrades, and consumables to existing clients, in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager, with the aim of expanding follow-up business with current customers/contacts.

  • Manage the reporting and resolution of product-specific complaints and gather user feedback to contribute to product enhancement and optimize training content.

  • Formulate sales strategies and conduct demand analyses in coordination with the sales team, ensuring reliable forecasts and achieving sales targets, including order intake, price realization, and revenue goals in designated areas. Implement local sales strategies for product positioning (devices, software, solutions, services) within the team.

You're the right fit if you:

  • You have many years of experience in the field of structural heart disease and its minimally invasive treatment with catheter-based heart valves e.g. TAVI, mitral valve, tricuspid valve, atrial appendage

  • You have completed industrial engineering, medical technology, natural sciences, medical informatics degree or training in intensive care nursing or as a medical technologist

  • You have excellent knowledge of cardiac catheterization laboratory/hybrid operating room procedures and can demonstrate a good understanding of healthcare reimbursement structures in Nordic region

  • You can inspire specialists with a convincing and engaging demeanor and are equally distinguished by your strong affinity for sales and IT.

  • You demonstrate a high degree of initiative, able to organize yourself efficiently, identify problems, solve them independently, and escalate to the appropriate departments.

  • You are highly committed and willing to travel, and you have a European driving license.

  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, other Nordic language will be an asset

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
