Join our Team as an Implementation Specialist!

HCM TradeSeal is a specialized human capital management (HCM) platform built to streamline
complex payroll and workforce operations for construction and union-based industries. We focus
on simplifying job costing, prevailing wage compliance, certified payroll reporting, and union
reporting—including benefits tracking and contributions. Our system supports accurate general
ledger integration and ensures your team stays compliant with union and prevailing wage
requirements. With expert-led implementation and ongoing support, we empower our clients to
manage labor data with confidence and efficiency.

About the Role:

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll guide clients through a successful implementation process from kickoff to completion. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal team and Implementation Coordinator, manage multiple client projects, and serve as a trusted partner to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience.

You’ll stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure our clients unlock the full potential of HCM TradeSeal.

What You Will Do:

Lead structured kickoff meetings with new clients
Set clear goals, expectations, and timelines
Coordinate with payroll vendors for data integration and testing
Gather and validate payroll and workforce data
Ensure alignment with system configuration requirements
Maintain and track detailed project plans
Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide configuration guidance
Deliver effective training sessions to clients
Juggle multiple client implementations simultaneously
Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders
Stay informed on best practices and industry standards

What You Will Need:

2+ years in SaaS implementation and/or client management
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or PMP certification
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Familiarity with Asana (preferred)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
