About the Role

As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting both brands and creators, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience on the platform. You’ll assist in managing client relationships, coordinating video orders, and providing day-to-day support to help clients and creators succeed with their UGC campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • Client Support & Communication: Assist clients and creators with queries, ensuring smooth interactions and a great user experience.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support new Creators in setting up their accounts and guide them through the process.
  • Order Coordination: Help track video orders, ensuring that jobs move forward smoothly between brands and creators.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate any issues that may arise with video deliverables, platform processes, or payments.
  • Platform Assistance: Support clients in navigating the platform, helping them with briefs, pitches, and creator selection.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client success, or operations, preferably in marketing, advertising, or creative industry.
  • Strong communication skills – You enjoy engaging with people and helping them find solutions.
  • Problem-solving mindset – You can think quickly and find practical solutions to help clients and creators.
  • Experience with Intercom, Bubble, or CRM tools (or a willingness to learn) would be an advantage.
  • Organised and detail-oriented – You can manage multiple tasks at once without missing important details.

  • Access to a computer for daily tasks.
  • Webcam for virtual meetings and team collaboration.
