Job Description

Step into a sophisticated sales environment where you’ll guide qualified inbound leads through a consultative journey. This isn’t your typical SDR role - you’ll be working exclusively with high-net-worth individuals, handling premium service offerings valued at $6,000+ annually. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll orchestrate a sophisticated pre-qualification process that includes educational components and value proposition discussions. This role offers exceptional growth potential, with a clear path to advancing into a closing position for the right performer.


Responsibilities
  • Guide qualified inbound leads through a sophisticated sales journey
  • Orchestrate prospect education through curated video content and materials
  • Conduct professional discovery calls with high-net-worth individuals
  • Qualify prospects based on specific criteria including minimum income requirements
  • Manage the pre-appointment journey ensuring prospects are well-prepared
  • Execute follow-up strategies to maintain engagement
  • Present complex service offerings and value propositions clearly and confidently
  • Document all prospect interactions in CRM with meticulous attention to detail
  • Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers
  • Ensure prospects understand service offerings, timelines, and process requirements

Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, particularly in high-ticket sales environments
  • Exceptional communication skills with native-level English proficiency
  • Strong consultative selling approach with high emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Experience with modern CRM systems and sales tools
  • Professional demeanor suitable for high-net-worth clientele
  • Ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and confidently
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Experience in financial services or professional services preferred
