This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • 35-40 hours 8 am - 5 pm ideally, but it could be 9 am- 6 pm

Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify potential venue partners across multiple premium sectors including entertainment centers, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and tourist destinations
  • Conduct professional outbound calls using provided local-number dialing system to connect with decision-makers
  • Qualify locations based on specific metrics including daily foot traffic, venue type, and operational requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments between qualified venues and our field representatives
  • Present compelling value propositions focused on zero-cost equipment placement and revenue sharing opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and venue qualifications
  • Generate comprehensive lead lists within assigned territories using provided research tools
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including call volumes, connection rates, and appointment conversions


Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B lead generation or appointment setting experience, preferably in vending, food service, or retail automation sectors
  • Proven track record of successfully qualifying and scheduling B2B appointments
  • Excellence in phone-based communication with a consultative approach
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and call tracking software
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in prospect documentation
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently toward performance targets
  • Native or near-native English proficiency with clear phone communication
  • Experience in territory-based prospecting and lead qualification
  • Comfort with modern technology tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
