This role...
The Senior Manager, Service Delivery Operations, will be the lead subject matter expert for acquired business units within the onshore Service Delivery Units operation, while interfacing with Business Development, Solutions and Product to drive profitable growth.

In This Role You Will...
The primary duties of the Senior Manager, Service Delivery Operations will include leading knowledge transfer from acquired units to institutionalize acquired expertise and facilitate broader revenue generation and succession implementation; lead efforts to tech enable the various service offerings of the onshore SDU, in cooperation with Technology Development and Product; and work with SDU leadership to identify and lead long-term strategic projects as necessary.
  • Drives comprehensive understanding and integration of acquired business units by serving as the primary internal expert, documenting operations, and establishing critical knowledge for stakeholders. (Combines the first and fifth bullet points, capturing the core responsibility of understanding and documenting.)
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with BD, Solutions, and Product teams to develop go-to-market strategies, qualify opportunities, and introduce new service offerings from acquired entities. (Merges the second and sixth points, highlighting the collaborative aspect of leveraging acquired services for business development.)
  • Facilitates effective knowledge transfer and business integration by shadowing key personnel, creating structured documentation, and developing training tools for Sales and Client Executives. (Combines the third and seventh points, emphasizing the methods used for knowledge sharing and integration.)
  • Acts as a key point of contact for sales teams, enabling deal qualification, proposal advancement, and revenue synergy creation related to acquired services. (Retains the essence of the eighth point, focusing on direct support for revenue generation.)
  • Collaborates with Product and Technology teams to identify and oversee the transition of acquired services into technology-enabled solutions and explore new product creation opportunities. (Combines the ninth, tenth, and eleventh points, focusing on leveraging technology for acquired services.)
  • Ensures alignment between operational needs and product development initiatives, acting as a business unit representative. (Keeps the core of the twelfth point, emphasizing the advocacy role.)
  • Leads strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across multiple business units to enhance operations and drive growth, while also providing expertise for business transformation. (Combines the thirteenth, fourteenth, and sixteenth points, highlighting the leadership in strategic improvements.)
  • Drives solutions for operational challenges like system integrations and workflow optimizations, and acts as a thought leader contributing to strategic discussions. (Merges the fifteenth and seventeenth points, focusing on problem-solving and strategic influence.)
What you need to be successful...
  • 10-15+ years required in the insurance industry and focus on insurance technology.
  • 5+ years’ functional experience in leadership, operational improvement, business development and strategic partnerships preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth required.
  • Experience in retail, wholesale and MGA segments preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS businesses preferred.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $77,680 - $131,403 The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
