360Learning is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for enterprise client technical implementation, scoping custom technical consulting projects, building custom solutions, coordinating with the custom project product squad and delivering on those projects for our clients. You will work closely with our sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Within 1 month, you will:Become a Trello expert through our onboarding processUnderstand our product offering through trainingMaster our platform Master our integration possibilities (flat files, APIs)Within 3 months, you will:Be onboarded as a PM of the custom project squadWork with clients to understand their technical requirements and scope projects accordinglySpecify technical solutions to meet client needs, including customizationsCollaborate with our sales and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet client requirementsEnsure successful delivery of projects on time and within budgetProvide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the project lifecycleContinuously learn about new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trendsDevelop and maintain technical documentation and project plansBe involved on Enterprise client implementationsParticipate in client-facing meetings and presentationsWithin 6 months, you will:Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and deliveryBe able to support the team on difficult integrations & troubleshooting issuesContribute to our knowledge base to share best practices and lessons learnedWork with our partner ecosystem to strengthen the services proposed to our clients
Within 12 months, you will:Launch your first solution with a seamless customer implementation experienceBe recognized as a level 2 support by the EMEA PS team on all technical topicsManage autonomously technical escalationsBuild your OKR roadmap for year 2
The Skill Set5+ years of experience as a technical consultant, software engineer, or similar roleExcellent technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as JavasciptKnowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologiesExperience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, writing 5-star specifications, and delivering on projectsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issuesAbility to adapt to your audience, flexibility in tackling a conversation with highly technical stakeholders, and reducing complexity to more common terms with less technical stakeholdersAbility to manage priorities across multiple customer implementationsSolution-oriented, client-first mindset in everything you doAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plusWhat we offerCompensation: Package includes base salary, a variable component and equity 📈Benefits/Perks: Work From Home stipend, RTT, lunch vouchers, medical insurance, gym subscription, 1 month parental leave for the second parent.
