Key responsabilities:

  • Provide production support for FileNet and related services.
  • Lead new intake requests and participate in design sessions.
  • Coordinate production deployments and participate in PVS testing.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and act as the service owner for FileNet.

Job description

Job Title : FileNet Consultant

Duration: Contract

Location : Remote

Production Support FileNet:

All Products and Services

Splunk Logging and Dynatrace URL Monitors

FileNet Upgrade :

Install and Upgrade FileNet Products

FileNet Intakes / Development:

Participate on the new requests and design sessions

Configure the environment (Object store, doc class, properties) for the New requests

Migrate the configurations from DEV to INT/PVS & PROD

Participate in PVS testing

Other :

Vendor relationship between Client and IBM

Service owner for FileNet working with different infrastructure teams

Linux , Middleware , Database, AD/LDAP, Storage

Production Support for FileNet:

CEBIT, ECM Content Services and Content Navigator

FileNet Upgrade:

Recompile, Deploy and Unit Test: CEBIT, ECM Content Services and Content Navigator

FileNet Intakes / Development:

Lead new intake requests and design sessions

Design FileNet Objects and Clients:

CEBIT

Design Documents and Configuration and Connect Direct

Content Navigator

Including Content Navigator Desktop Configuration,

Search Templates, Plugins and Application Roles

ECM Content Services

Required extensions to existing operations

Define Security/Global Groups

Participate in PVS testing

Coordinate Production Deployments
