Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a skilled Data Analyst to own and optimize our reporting processes across multiple ERP systems. This role is critical in transforming raw manufacturing data into clean, actionable insights and dashboards for cross-functional teams. You'll work directly with stakeholders to highlight trends, track key metrics, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain visual dashboards to surface key business metrics
  • Manage routine reporting processes and ensure high data accuracy
  • Analyze and consolidate data from multiple ERP systems
  • Spot trends and provide insights that improve operations and efficiency
  • Collaborate across teams to solve business problems using data
  • Standardize reporting methods across platforms and departments


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Excel and data modeling techniques
  • Experience with database systems and dashboarding tools (platform flexible)
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear visuals and business insights
  • Prior experience with manufacturing or ERP-related datasets is a plus
  • Solid English communication skills (written and verbal)


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs like yield, defect rate, or output tracking
  • Experience cleaning and integrating data from disparate systems
  • Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
