Job description

You’ll lead our Product team reporting to our Chief Business Officer driving strategy, product innovation and design for our cutting-edge advertising technology, built on decades of strength in data and AI. As VP of Product, you will be responsible for driving our product vision, aligning it with business objectives, and ensuring customer-centricity in all product decisions. This role requires a balance of deep AdTech expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to innovate at the intersection of technology and design.

This role is open in San Francisco, New York City, or Remote locations.

The Impact You’ll Make:
  • Develop and communicate a compelling customer-centric product vision informed by deep AdTech insights and industry trends.
  • Lead the creation of a forward-looking product roadmap that balances immediate customer needs with future opportunities.
  • Leverage AI technologies and data-driven insights to enhance product capabilities and deliver measurable customer value.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, driving alignment across product, marketing, and sales to accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Partnerships teams to address gaps and seize growth opportunities.
  • Shape and execute a product strategy that ensures strong product-market fit and maximizes business impact.
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Skills You’ll Bring:
  • 12+ years of proven experience in senior product leadership roles, with a strong track record in AdTech and programmatic advertising (preferably Demand Side Platforms).
  • A strategic leader who can balance short-term objectives with a long-term vision, adapting to changing industry dynamics.
  • Experience in AI technologies and their applications in advertising, particularly in driving value through automation and data insights.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles, with a focus on creating intuitive and effective conversational interfaces.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and inspire diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, manage complex product portfolios, and lead large-scale strategic initiatives.

Additional Information:

Minimum salary of $219,079 to maximum salary of $309,000 + 30% commission + equity + benefits. 

The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
