2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, seeks an experienced Content Planning and Production Specialist!
Work Authorization:
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without current or future visa sponsorship.
Location: Must reside in SC, or near Plano, TX, or Ridgefield Park, NJ, with the ability to travel to the Samsung offices as necessary
As a Content Planning and Production Specialist, you will review and update technical support content for Samsung products. This role involves acting as a project planner for subject matter experts to facilitate content revisions based on user feedback. You will support and review content across various product categories, including mobile devices, wearables, tablets, home appliances, and consumer electronics, tailored for all mobile carriers, retailers, and emerging market products. Comment reviews from external stakeholders, such as Samsung Headquarters, carriers, retail customers, product managers, legal, and marketing, will be compiled and delivered to the Planning Product Manager(s) and Publishing Analyst for further distribution and upload. This cross-functional role provides essential support between the Planning and Production teams.

Job Description:
Acquire working knowledge of Samsung products, features, and product issues affecting customer experience.
Complete reviews of content being offered to Customers and Agents
Collaborates and aligns with internal teams to understand the products in-depth.
Collaborates with the Planning team and senior management to identify, develop, and implement action plans based on reporting issues for consumers and partners (Carrier/Retail).
Supports implementation of approved ideas as directed by the management & planning team.
Provides any risk callouts to the Production Manager & Senior Management.
Conducts research for content projects to understand and create content that accurately answers the topic.
Participate, manage, and report on assigned special projects.
Create and update support content based on Planning Audits and feedback.
Prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
Adhere to standards set by other teams for the presentation of content.
Communicate with product support teams to report any missing resources.
This role requires a strong understanding of SEO principles, proficiency in using Brightedge is a benefit, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
Keyword Research and Analysis
Conduct in-depth keyword research using Brightedge to identify target keywords and phrases
Analyze keyword performance, search intent, and competitive landscape to inform content strategies
Content Optimization
Monitor and analyze content performance using Brightedge to identify areas for improvement
Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing on-page elements (e.g., titles, meta descriptions, headings)
Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and search engine algorithms
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Use Brightedge to track key SEO metrics (e.g., organic traffic, rankings, backlinks) and generate regular performance reports
Analyze data trends to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Competitive Analysis
Leverage Brightedge to conduct competitive analysis and benchmark against industry peers
Identify gaps and opportunities in competitors’ strategies to inform content and SEO tactics
Technical SEO Monitoring
Monitor technical SEO health using Brightedge’s diagnostic tools (e.g., crawl errors, site speed, mobile optimization)
Collaborate with the team to address identified issues and improve site performance
Content Recommendations
Provide insights and recommendations for new content creation based on keyword opportunities and audience intent
Align content strategies with SEO goals to drive organic visibility and engagement
Team Collaboration
Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO integration across all digital assets
Share insights and best practices to foster a data-driven approach to content creation
Continuous Learning and Improvement
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and Brightedge tool enhancements
Experiment with new strategies and techniques to improve SEO performance and ROI
Stakeholder Communication
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and promptly
Provide training or guidance on using Brightedge for SEO analysis and reporting
Performance Measurements:
Online Help Content Resolution Rate (HCR) % and Issue Resolution (IR%)
Adherence to Content Creation Target Launch Phases and deadlines
Content Accuracy
Thorough research and output on strategy planning
Accurate and timely feedback to Management
Accurate and timely completion of project deliverables
Solid understanding of assigned product categories.
Adhere to a 24-hour TAT for Feedback response
Qualifications:
College or technical college degree, or equivalent experience – (English, communication, IT, Computer Science)
Strong technical writing and editing skills
Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Powerful time management and organizational skills
Understanding of Android Operating Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consumer electronics product knowledge required
3+ years technical customer support experience (Preferred)
1-2 years of project manager experience (preferred)
Team-oriented, but able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Self-directed, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Solid relationship management and project management skills
Enjoy working within a dynamic environment and can exhibit calm under pressure
