Job Title: Senior Technical Architect (SAP)
Rate: $74 - $76 per hour
Location: Remote (prefers EST OR CST CANDIDATES)

The SAP Technical Architect - Senior is a subject matter expert in one or several SAP technologies, and can have technical management responsibilities.
The SAP Technical Architects research and design technology solutions that may span the full spectrum of hardware and software, as it relates to SAP products.
They may create prototypes and lead initial development or enhancement efforts and provide recommendations regarding technology.
This individual concentrates on SAP solutions to significantly impact the operational effectiveness of the organization or cutting edge technologies that will drive new business.
Provide assistance with escalated support issues, mentor others within technology-related areas, and provide subject matter expertise on project teams.
The SAP Technical Architect Senior can assume leadership responsibilities of specific efforts or technical tasks, and guide peers and more junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience with SAP ECC, Kronos, and other timekeeping systems.
Proven experience in configuring and implementing payroll and timekeeping solutions.
Strong understanding of labor relations and union management.

Support and advise implementation projects by ensuring technical and architectural feasibility, readiness, and compliance.
Review design documents to ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices.
