Job Summary:

Tibersoft provides real-time analytic and data pipelines serving the foodservice industry. Our exclusive focus on collecting, mastering, and delivering supply chain data for foodservice Manufacturers and Operators provides our clients with end-to-end supply chain visibility through information and analytic services.

We are looking for an Entry-Level Data Operations Support Analyst to join our team! This role is crucial in ensuring smooth data operations by troubleshooting and resolving data processing failures, maintaining data flows, and supporting both internal and external users. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, inquisitive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve tickets related to data processing failures, automated job errors, and file reprocessing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with external data transfer connections, and file movements.
  • Monitor scheduled jobs, servers, and system health to ensure smooth operations.
  • Configure and maintain user access.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering and IT teams to improve data workflows and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Managers to resolve data-related concerns and enhance user experience.
  • Continuously look for ways to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Quick thinker who can diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Curiosity & Initiative: Inquisitive nature with a drive to find root causes and improve processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in managing data, troubleshooting errors, and documenting resolutions.
  • Fast-Paced & Adaptable: Ability to switch between tasks seamlessly and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to explain technical issues in a clear, user-friendly manner.
  • Resourcefulness: Knows how to investigate and find solutions independently while also collaborating with the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SQL databases and running simple queries.
  • Familiarity with data processing workflows and troubleshooting file movement issues.
  • Experience with FTP/SFTP connections and automation tools.
  • Previous experience in a data operations, IT support, or technical support role.
