Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and motivated PEGA Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the design and implementation of PEGA-based solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support discovery sessions to define business requirements for applications built on Pega Cloud for Government
• Support with user story creation for Pega-based applications & maintaining product backlog
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation
• Serve as liaison to ensure alignment between system integrator and VA business on project needs
• Support with end user testing
• Support technical team with ADHOC project needs
• Support with gathering and interpreting COE metrics for reporting
• Support in COE process improvement activities
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years serving on Pega projects
• Understanding of Pega technology
