The client has been the go-to digital marketing partner for insurance agencies across the U.S. for over 25 years. From websites to social media, reviews, SEO, and local listings—they help agencies grow with smart, results-driven solutions and top-notch customer service.

They're looking for an experienced Manager of Sales who is an excellent communicator, service-obsessed, proactive problem solver, and tech-savvy. As Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance, and development of their sales team. Managing a team of three Sales Advisors, you will ensure sales goals are achieved through strong coaching, performance collaboration, and process improvement/consistency. You should also be able to provide insights on client interactions and feedback to help support future product and service improvements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a remote team of 3 Sales Advisors to achieve and exceed subscription-based sales goals.
  • Drive new recurring revenue through inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Optimize sales processes and pipeline performance in close collaboration with the COO.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings, performance reviews, and 1:1 coaching.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success and Strategic Partnerships.
  • Track key sales metrics and provide accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Identify growth opportunities through client feedback and industry insights.


Requirements
  • 3+ years in sales management (bonus if in SaaS).
  • Strong experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Exceptional communication skills and a consultative sales mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
  • Bonus: knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, channel sales, or insurance industry.
