Are you interested in improving data-reporting tools used by social service system professionals?
We seek a cohort of entry-level support analysts willing to learn and grow their capabilities in troubleshooting the SafeMeasures® database code. SafeMeasures is a web-based data-reporting system for social service case management that offers real‑time analyses and reports.
As a support analyst, you will help improve client reporting and document the database logic producing reports. You will receive intensive training over a period of six months from various departments that support SafeMeasures, with an emphasis on executing programming tasks of quality assurance (QA) and production tickets and recognizing when to escalate issues.
What will you do?
Get ready to:
Work with your team to identify needed improvements to client reporting and document the database logic that produces reports.
Create and modify code that fits in a dynamic modular code structure to support report updates and new reports.
Create clear and concise work orders.
Troubleshoot client issues, find solutions, and add features to client reporting.
Assist with data transfer development for updating scripts and testing data imports.
Program new client policy requirements and updates in SQL programming language.
Our Compensation and Benefit Offerings
The national average compensation for this position will be $23.23 per hour (annualized as $48,339). Compensation is dependent on experience, parity with peers, and where an employee lives.

Strong written and comprehension skills (prior experience interpreting technical requests and appropriately describing work completed is strongly preferred).
General understanding of documentation tools and standards.
General knowledge of or familiarity with basic concepts of logic, coding, and/or data.
Additional assets a candidate may possess include the following.
BA/BS in social science, math, computer science, or other data-focused science preferred.
General grasp of Agile workflow process preferred.
Knowledge of or familiarity with basic concepts of social sciences and social systems (social work, social welfare, youth justice, adult justice, etc.) preferred.
