As we grow our Solutions Consulting team, we’re looking for a dynamic People Leader to guide, coach, and elevate a high-performing group of Solutions Consultants (SCs) across North America.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and inspire a team of Solutions Consultants supporting our Enterprise (upper market) sales organization and their sales opportunities.
  • Coach your team on how to be trusted technical/functionality advisors—focusing on value-centric, consultative engagements—to ultimately deliver the Technical Win for each given opportunity.
  • Partner closely with sales and sales leadership, product, and enablement teams to shape deal strategy and drive customer outcomes.
  • Deliver impactful feedback, mentor SCs in both business and technical growth, and champion career development.
  • Foster a culture that aligns with our core values: innovate, collaborate, elevate and exceed.
  • Roll up your sleeves to help on high-stakes deals, while also stepping back to drive scalable team excellence.
  • Occasional travel required for team/company meetings &/or prospect sales engagements.
  • While remote, the candidate must also permanently reside in North America

  • What You Bring:
  • Experience managing or mentoring Solutions Consultants or similar roles in B2B SaaS 
  • Bonus for experience in business travel, expense reimbursements &/or vendor invoice processing B2B SaaS industry.
  • Deep comfort/confidence with Analytics from a sales/presales perspective.
  • A passion for team selling, sales excellence, and solution storytelling.
  • Strong EQ—you know how to connect, coach, and drive performance.
  • A steady hand under pressure, with a bias toward action and outcomes.
  • Clear communicator who can operate at both the tactical and strategic level
