Description

Tribal Tech, LLC is a Native American SBA-certified 8(m) woman-owned small business, headquartered in Alexandria, VA. We provide a diverse range of management and technical consulting services in the health/wellness, energy, and education realm to federal agencies, state government, Native American/Alaska Native tribes, and private businesses.  
 
Tribal Tech, LLC is in search of a CFC Associate Program Manager – Marketing Support to support marketing program and operations under the direction of the Senior Program Manager for Marketing. This position is instrumental in accomplishing the tasks and deliverables required under the NMOC and CFC Local Zone OC contracts and implementing marketing strategy support in the local CFC zones administered by the Tribal Tech/Global Impact partnership in order to accomplish strategic plan goals. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Supports task leaders in producing all required deliverables within contract deadlines.
    • Drafts materials, communications, designs, toolkits, and newsletters, as assigned.
    • Posts and schedules social media content.
    • Maintains file sharing through Brandfolder and archives in Sharepoint.
    • Assists in researching advertising opportunities and developing/providing advertisements on schedule. Tracks advertising and media metrics by zone.
    • Supports external vendor relationships.
  • Provides primary/initial marketing support and customer service to various audiences: internal staff, campaign workers, charities, vendors, and more.
  • Provides operational and administrative support to local zone directors as required.
  • Assures uniform compliance with all organizational policies and procedures as well as contract requirements.
  • Promotes teamwork and works collaboratively and constructively with others within and across the organization and in federal departments and agencies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Program Director, CFC National Marketing and the Senior Program Manager, CFC Marketing Support Team. 

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Creative, innovative and collaborative mindset (with a passion for marketing). 
  • Effective communication skills, both in writing and orally, particularly in presentations.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to balance multiple projects. 
  • Graphic design skills and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with MailChimp, Google Ads, Survey Monkey, Drupal a plus. 
  • Extensive knowledge and skillset in Microsoft Suite of software. 
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels to achieve significant result. 
  • Comfortable with handling administrative and reporting tasks. 
  • Knowledge of and ability to work effectively within the military and federal government environment helpful

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or a related field (communications, journalism, public relations, philanthropic studies, or a related field). 
  • 2-5 years experience in marketing and communications. 
  • Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with a focus on results. 
  • Prior non-profit or philanthropic experience a plus.
