Job description

POSITION:  Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) 

LOCATION:  Remote, UK

SALARY: £33,000 - £38,500 per year

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing and optimising our digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and web performance. This role is central to generating qualified leads (MQLs), improving user experience, and driving awareness of our services across multiple audiences – NHS professionals, private consumers, and B2B partners.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, ideal for someone experienced in paid media, campaign optimisation, and digital reporting, with a strong bias for action. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Paid Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day PPC and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn), ensuring strong ROAS and clear audience targeting across DTC, NHS, and B2B segments.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Track and report on key metrics (MQLs, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate), recommending and implementing real-time optimisations.
  • Landing Page and CRO Support: Collaborate on A/B testing, landing page layout, CTA improvements, and conversion-focused copy updates to increase lead quality.
  • SEO & On-Site Content: Conduct keyword research, optimise blog/website copy, and support the development of organic traffic-driving strategies.
  • Web Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, and Hotjar to assess user journeys, report on performance, and identify opportunities to improve site performance and funnel conversion.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Work with Marketing to align campaign messaging, timing, and segmentation. Share insights with commercial and operational stakeholders regularly.



WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in healthcare, tech, or consumer sectors
  • Proven track record managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing)
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and keyword strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and reporting dashboards
  • Experience working with website CMS tools (e.g. Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
  • Understanding of lead generation best practices and conversion optimisation
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement and testing
