  • Ensure successful delivery against SLAs and maintain high communication standards.
  • Assist with resolutions and guidance around support, enhancing support standards.
  • Engage with new customers regarding status updates and subscriptions.
  • Help maintain documentation and support knowledge base, including closure of support tickets.

Job Description

  • Ensures successful delivery against SLA’s.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high communication standards.
  • Help assist with resolutions and guidance around support.
  • Enhance and maintain the excellent support standards.
  • Become an additional resource in supporting key customers.
  • Help enhance and drive the support knowledge base.
  • Assist with closure and housekeeping with support tickets.
  • Help maintain and enhance documentation.
  • Provide additional backup cover for support shifts.
  • Be the gatekeeper for hypercare/ go live hand over to support.
  • Engage with new customers regarding the status page and subscriptions

Qualifications

  • Methodological expertise: EDI or E-INVOICE experience along with key customer service principles
  • Subject-matter expertise: Strong service desk and support process knowledge with troubleshooting mindset
  • Other skills: Fluent in English and German, good communication skills both written and oral. French or other languages a bonus.
  • Other skills: organised individual with strong interest in using AI in the workplace
