Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.

Community and Content Specialist, NSTC Workforce Center of Excellence
In this role you will build and nurture the NSTC WCoE practitioner community while developing compelling content that showcases successful workforce development initiatives across America's semiconductor ecosystem.
You will engage with workforce development practitioners, capture and share promising practices, and create valuable content that strengthens the semiconductor talent development community.
To thrive in this role you must combine strong community management expertise with excellent content creation abilities, demonstrating skill in translating complex workforce initiatives into engaging, actionable insights.

Working within the NSTC Workforce Center of Excellence, this position directly impacts the effectiveness of workforce initiatives by facilitating collaboration and highlighting successful practices across the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Shape and manage WCoE practitioner community
Develop compelling workforce development content
Document and share promising and proven practices
Identify and validate high quality resources for the community
Moderate community discussions and forums
Create case studies of successful programs
Generate practitioner resource materials
Facilitate knowledge sharing initiatives
Coordinate virtual and in-person events
Maintain community knowledge base
Track community engagement metrics
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
5+ years experience in community management
Strong background in content development and curation
Excellence in technical writing and the ability to translate complex economic and statistical concepts into terms policymakers and program operators can easily understand
Experience with knowledge base management
Community moderation capabilities
Event coordination experience
Strong stakeholder management
Digital platform expertise
Content strategy development
