2020 Companies has an immediate full-time Business Planning Analyst role representing our client, Samsung Electronics America.
The Business Planning Analyst will support contract management, system set-up, financial planning and reconciliation of business unit operations, and all aspects of onboarding and administration of new business and products. Strategic analytics skills will help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of operational functions and lead to process improvements.
Daily Activities Will Include:
Analyzing ROI of strategic business initiatives
Create tableau dashboards to provide internal stakeholders with key business insights
Provide data driven insights and exhibit creative thinking for process improvement

Job Description:
Work closely with Finance team to manage service vendors, monthly reconciliation/closing, ad-hoc financial data preparation support
Work directly with vendors' finance department for financial transaction management between vendor and client
Prepare data analytics and publish daily/weekly/monthly KPI data
Work with service operations team to analyze KPI data to find an operation gap between Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and field to deliver best in class customer experience
Lead/assist in project management with multiple business teams to achieve strategic goal of client
Work with multiple Operation and Business teams to gather requirements and preparing contents of service contract
Assist in publishing weekly/monthly executive report to present current business highlights
Assist preparing SOPs for day-to-day field operations, constantly working with multiple internal teams updating the SOP to comply with changing business environment, policy and law
Manages the Self- Repair Program to ensure all parts are available within the specified time and available to consumers.
Manages Independent Service Providers supporting small business, depot and B2B accounts
Collaborates during weekly meetings with supply chain to gain an understand knowledge of parts demand and expected fulfillment time based on lead time
Performance Measurements:
Completion of projects, change requests, and reports by promised date
Adherence to financial budgets of projects and outside services
Delivery and acceptance of requested functional capabilities
Qualifications:
College degree (Bachelor's) required
Experience in Field Service or administration or contract management preferred
Greater than 2 years of professional experience required
Experience with SAP or comparable system preferred
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to work in a cross-functional, high-demand environment
Collaboratively work with other departments
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with customers as well as upper management
Team player that is willing to learn and grow within the team
Strong Microsoft Excel (including use of pivot tables and formulas), Word, and PowerPoint skills required
Limited travel (various locations)
