Overview:

Sentara Health is looking for a strategic leader to join our team as Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting

This is a Full time remote position

This role will leverage knowledge of informatics infrastructure, analytical tools, information systems, and data stores to monitor pharmacy trends, develop and maintain pharmacy reporting, support PBM oversight (including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing), and lead a team of analytical resources. This position will balance independently conducting complex analyses with mentoring and coaching less experienced team members. Close collaboration with other management in the pharmacy department, our pharmacy benefit manager, as well as coordination with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance areas will also be required.

Education
  • Bachelor's Level Degree required.
Certification/Licensure
  • Project Management Professional Certification PMP (Preferred)

Experience
  • 5 years of Healthcare experience required

  • 4+ years of managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics experience including Pharmacy claims, medical drugs, and enrollment Experience includes drug pricing, rebates, network discounts, benefit designs, auditing, pharmacy regulatory reporting, and compliance highly preferred.

  • Must be proficient in writing SQL queries.

  • Highly proficient in Excel Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports in PowerBI and Tableau highly preferred

  • Experience with DataBricks preferred Experience developing data driven presentations Experience conducting financial analyses and ROI

  • Project Management experience required.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $106,080- $176,820.  Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities."
