Job description

This is a remote position.

Seeking experienced Service Designers to support large-scale digital transformation and program review initiatives. This role involves integrating human-centred design practices into the review, improvement, and delivery of public-facing services. Designers will work on multidisciplinary Agile teams alongside product owners, researchers, developers, and policy specialists to identify service gaps and create scalable, efficient, user-focused solutions.

Requirements

3+ years creating design artifacts like journey maps and blueprints
