From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Scrum Master for a stable project.

Location: Madrid.

Full remote.

Salary to be negotiated based on experience.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Ensure the team follows Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, and report upwards to management.
Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master. (+3 years)
Very strong with JIRA (+3 years).
Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent English.

Nice To Have Skills

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred.
