Job description

We’re looking for a highly motivated, compassionate leader who’s eager to bring our Claims Experience Team to the next level. If this sounds like you, read on!


Your day-to-day will involve overseeing our experienced CLX advocates as they manage claims. You will ensure all claims are handled efficiently, while always providing a world-class customer experience. We will look to you to guide, mentor, and manage this incredible team.


What you’ll do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations for our UK claims team.
  • Providing training and coaching to the people in your team
  • You are responsible for delighting our customers while outperforming on our KPIs.
  • You will report about trends and other (data) insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will be the main point of contact for all UK claims related enquiries.


What you’ll need

  • Minimum of 3+ years of claims-handling experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership role managing a claims team
  • A proven track record of growing, managing, and coaching a team
  • Proficient in English
  • Desire to work in a unique, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment and being tech savvy.
  • The ability to approach your work with empathy, patience, and positivity
  • Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
