Billing/Financing
Certificates/EPI/Schedules of Insurance/Auto ID Cards
Payments
Customer Service
Provide an exceptional customer experience. Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner.
Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Immediately address any customer’s concern. Request involvement of other firm personnel as required. Notify Commercial Lines Manager of any major concerns and the action taken to resolve
Qualifications
High School diploma / GED required with a minimum of 2+ years of industry-related experience
Property and Casualty license required (Personal Lines Experience preferred)
Applied Epic experience preferred
General knowledge of insurance laws
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
