We are currently seeking a Senior App User Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Senior User Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the strategy and execution of user acquisition campaigns across mobile platforms. This includes managing Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and other user acquisition networks. You’ll be instrumental in driving app installs, registrations, and deposits, while continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize ROMI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies to drive app registrations, deposits, and return on marketing investment (ROMI)
  • Launch, manage, analyze, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Evaluate ad creatives, provide performance insights, and suggest data-driven improvements
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels and campaign strategies
  • Conduct A/B tests and performance analyses to boost campaign efficiency and user engagement
  • Explore new geographies and advertising sources to scale acquisition efforts
  • Stay informed on the latest mobile marketing and paid media trends to maintain competitive edge

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and other mobile advertising networks
  • Proficiency in user acquisition tools such as Appsflyer (or similar MMPs), SplitMetrics (optional), Firebase (optional), and Google Looker Studio (optional)
  • Deep understanding of mobile app marketing channels, UA strategies, and industry best practices
  • Experience working with both iOS and Android platforms and their specific acquisition frameworks
  • Experience with web-to-app user acquisition is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data to optimize performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (other languages are a plus
