Job description

This is a remote position.

Seeking an experienced SharePoint Analyst to support a major intranet modernization initiative. The role involves designing, developing, and migrating content to SharePoint Online, ensuring user-friendly and visually engaging intranet experiences. Working closely with end-users, communication teams, and technical stakeholders, the analyst will help deliver responsive, accessible, and scalable solutions that align with organizational standards.

Requirements
Must Have (Minimum 2 Years Each)
  • Experience as a Site Collection Administrator
  • Experience troubleshooting forms and workflows (all types)
  • Experience using and supporting ShareGate
  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience with development, integration, and support of Microsoft SharePoint solutions

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications
  • Experience using PowerShell to manage SharePoint (Farm/Application/Site Collection/Site Features)
  • Experience with MS 365 SharePoint Online admin portal, reporting, configuration, and support
  • Experience with the Government of Alberta's IT/IM practices
  • Experience using Central Administration on a SharePoint environment
