Scope:
Remote work arrangement
Direct reporting to property management leadership
Coverage of properties in New York City and Miami markets
Management of both collections and leasing activities
Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with tenants regarding outstanding payments
Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and payment arrangements
Make outbound calls to prospective tenants regarding available spaces
Handle inquiries about property rentals and coordinate showing schedules
Update and maintain tenant and prospect databases
Generate regular reports on collection activities and rental inquiries
Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential tenants
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in collections or accounts receivable
Property management or leasing experience preferred
Proficiency in remote work tools and technology
Ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours
Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
