E-commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Mountain with an hour unpaid break (Potential for overtime and weekend hours)


Responsibilities:

• Process orders from WooCommerce platform to drop-shipping systems
  
• Manage Amazon warehouse fulfillment operations
  
• Execute accurate data entry between platforms
  
• Reference product spreadsheets for drop-shipping fulfillment
  
• Monitor order status and maintain accurate records
  
• Split fulfillment between drop-shipping and Amazon warehouse
  
• Direct reporting to business owner
  

Requirements:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly WooCommerce
  
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
  
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
  
• Strong English communication skills
  
• Proficiency with remote computer access systems
