At Glow25, we’re looking for a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on leader to step into the role of Head of Brand—someone ready to elevate our brand positioning, storytelling, and overall brand experience, while driving operational excellence in execution.

You bring 8–12+ years of brand-building experience, with a strong track record in senior brand leadership roles—You’ve already operated at the highest level and know what it takes to lead and scale in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle space. You understand how to strike the perfect balance between compelling storytelling and commercial impact. Most importantly, you thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments where creativity meets agility.

This is where we need your support:
  • Build and Empower a High-Performing Team: You directly manage the PR & Communications, Social Media, and Brand Management teams. You define clear roles, cultivate talent, and drive seamless collaboration—setting your team up for creative excellence and high performance.
  • Own the Brand Experience: You ensure Glow25 maintains a strong, premium presence across every touchpoint—from online platforms to IRL experiences, packaging, and activations.
  • Lead Strategic Brand Execution: You oversee the rollout of brand campaigns in partnership with eCommerce and B2B/Retail teams, ensuring every initiative drives measurable business impact.
  • Elevate Credibility & Authority: You advance our positioning as the leading pro-aging collagen brand by growing the Scientific Advisory Board, building strategic partnerships, and leading research-driven storytelling.
  • Connect Brand with Commercial Growth: You partner closely with eCommerce and B2B/Retail to ensure brand efforts translate into customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Shape Immersive Brand Touchpoints:  You take ownership of the full brand experience, crafting memorable moments that go beyond digital—from experiential activations to packaging that speaks to our values.
  • Create Scalable Brand Operations: You work hand-in-hand with the Senior Brand Manager to ensure flawless execution of high-impact initiatives—from product launches to strategic research efforts.

Methodology Mastery
  • Brand Strategy & Architecture: You know how to shape and evolve a brand’s positioning, messaging, and identity across every touchpoint—from digital to packaging.
  • PR, Talent & Event Leadership: You bring hands-on experience in media relations, high-end talent partnerships, and premium event execution—amplifying the brand through culturally relevant, high-impact moments.
  • Community-Driven Growth & Storyselling: You understand how to build brand love and loyalty through storytelling, strategic partnerships, PR, and authentic social engagement.
  • Integrated Marketing & Omni-Channel Execution: You’re fluent in running cohesive brand campaigns online and offline—delivering a seamless brand experience.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: You're comfortable digging into brand health metrics, market insights, and consumer behavior to guide decisions and sharpen strategy.
Industry Expertise
  • You have a deep understanding of the beauty, wellness, and D2C landscape—especially within the supplements, pro-aging, and longevity space.
  • You have proven experience in crafting aspirational, high-value brand positioning that connects with today’s conscious, modern consumer.
  • You can show a sharp eye on consumer behaviour, cultural shifts, and competitive dynamics to ensure Glow25 remains at the forefront of the category.
