Position Title: Reports Specialist – Talent Acquisition

Role Overview

As a Reports Specialist in the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven recruitment decisions. You will own the creation and maintenance of recruitment dashboards, performance tracking tools, and strategic reports that empower our global TA team. Your expertise in Looker and Google Suite will help us make sense of complex hiring data and improve sourcing outcomes across the board.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and custom reports using Looker and Google Sheets/Google Data Studio
  • Analyze sourcing, recruitment funnel, and hiring performance data to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to translate reporting needs into actionable insights
  • Automate and optimize recurring reports to minimize manual data entry and errors
  • Own data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits and validation checks
  • Support ad hoc reporting needs for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Track SLAs, recruiter KPIs, and hiring velocity across all open roles and programs

What You Should Have
  • 2+ years experience in a reporting or analytics role, ideally within a Talent Acquisition or HR environment
  • Hands-on experience with Looker (Looker Studio / Looker BI) – dashboard creation and data modeling
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Data Studio)
  • Strong command of formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data visualization best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple data requests and prioritize under tight deadlines
  • Good communication and presentation skills – ability to translate data into clear stories

Nice to Have
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Workday, Greenhouse)
  • Familiarity with SQL or LookML
  • Exposure to recruiting metrics and sourcing funnels
