Scheduling Coordinator- Inside Sales Support
 (Must reside in DC, MD, VA, or NC)

EXTERIORMAX is a leading insurance restoration and remodeling company based out of Greenbelt, Maryland and Reston, VA. We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. This role plays a crucial part in our fast-paced Sales Department, assisting with appointment setting, scheduling, and providing administrative sales support.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Appointment setting and scheduling for our fast-paced sales department
  • Confirming set appointments with our clients & Sales Representatives
  • Perform administrative duties to support the sales department
  • Contact prospects who have shown interest in our services
  • Attend weekly team meetings to provide updates and collaborate with the team
  • Maintaining professionalism to provide the best customer service experience
  • Assist in maintaining an organized schedule for efficient operations
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience within the home improvement industry
  • Proficient in appointment setting, scheduling, and sales support  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background working in a fast-paced environment, relying heavily on organizational skills
  • Access to a computer device, internet services, and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to work stationary during scheduled hours
  • Call Center, Inside Sales, and CRM experience is preferred
  • Familiar with Google calendar is a PLUS
  • A great attitude and motivation to succeed!
  • Candidates must be motivated working towards commission and bonuses as part of their compensation package
  • *Must reside in DC, MD, VA, or NC*

Schedule: Monday through Friday, & Rotating Saturdays (8 Hour Shift may vary between hours of 9:00am – 8:00pm)
