What You’ll Do
As a Client Success Manager, you'll be at the heart of our sales and relationship-building efforts. We’re looking for someone who's self-motivated, driven, and passionate about guiding clients through their journey with us.
-Research and identify sales leads.
-Dive into market analysis to uncover new opportunities and trends.
-Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.
-Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs across The PIE’s services.
-Hit KPI targets for calls, meetings, and deals.
-Support the team in managing leads to ensure ongoing growth and success.
-Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
-Build and nurture relationships with clients through regular communication.
-Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
-Attend client meetings, events, and conferences.
-Assist with administrative tasks to keep operations smooth.
