Job Title: Server Administrator (Level 2)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)

Overview:
We are currently seeking a Level 2 Server Administrator to support infrastructure operations in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in server management across both Windows and Linux platforms, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and have experience with Microsoft Teams Calling. This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical IT infrastructure systems and contribute to enterprise-grade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure server hardware, operating systems, and software.
Administer and maintain both Windows and Linux servers.
Monitor system performance, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by users or monitoring systems.
Conduct routine backups and develop disaster recovery plans.
Enforce system security measures such as access controls, firewalls, and encryption.
Perform system upgrades and roll out new hardware or OS versions.
Document internal processes, technical guides, and system configurations.
Train staff on server-related tools and technologies as needed.
