Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CMDB professional to manage, enhance, and maintain our Configuration Management Database. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CMDB design, discovery, integration, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Implement and enhance ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Design and enforce CMDB policies, processes, and controls for configuration item (CI) lifecycle.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to define CI classes, attributes, and relationships.
- Develop and maintain CMDB dashboards, reports, and health indicators.
- Integrate CMDB with other systems (ITSM, monitoring tools, asset management, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI data quality, reconciliation, and duplication.
- Participate in audits and compliance initiatives involving CMDB.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Configuration Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, and Service Mapping.
- Familiarity with CI classes and data models in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), integrations (REST/SOAP), and data imports (CSV/XML).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or CMDB/CSDM certifications.
- Experience with CMDB Health Dashboard, CI Reconciliation, and Identification Rules.
- Exposure to cloud discovery and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
