Min 5+ years of accounting or related experience, ideally in public accounting or corporate finance. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and internal control frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and make recommendations. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) in accordance with GAAP. Present financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities for decision-making and compliance. Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Record financial transactions using accounting software or manual systems. Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives. Monitor budget performance and conduct variance analysis to recommend corrective actions. Prepare and file tax returns (income tax, sales tax, payroll tax) ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Stay updated on tax law changes and provide tax planning guidance to management. Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and conducting audit tests. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control procedures.
