We are seeking Prescribing Pharmacists with experience working on a Form Filled Consultation service on a part-time, remote, self-employed basis.

You will be an experienced pharmacist in asynchronous prescribing, who is currently registered with the GPhC and able to start ASAP. With us, you will be working on a form filled prescription service dealing with a variety of patients from weight loss to dermatology and sexual health. We will give full training on these conditions.

The service runs from 8am to 8pm, 7 days per week. Sessions are usually 4 hours in length.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Experience working on a Form Filled Consultation Service (asynchronous prescribing)
Independent prescribing qualification
Minimum of 2 years’ demonstrable experience as a fully qualified pharmacist.
