What we're looking for
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic, and technically fluent Engagement Manager to lead the successful launch and adoption of our Works On Demand platform with new health system clients. In this role, you’ll own implementation end-to-end—guiding clients from pilot execution through enterprise-wide expansion—while ensuring strong adoption and measurable impact. This isn’t a traditional account management role; we’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable navigating product configurations and data as they are building trust with client stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment and love rolling up your sleeves to drive results, we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate brings technical fluency and thrives in client-facing, problem-solving environments. You’ve worked closely with product or engineering teams before—whether as an analyst, implementation lead, or product owner—and you know how to speak the language of workflows, edge cases, and adoption challenges. Healthcare experience is a strong plus, as you’ll work directly with operational and clinical leaders at some of the nation’s most innovative health systems.
