Job description
Synthflow is a leading Voice AI company deploying automation over telephony systems—we’re hiring a GTM Associate to streamline our marketing operations, working closely with our Head of Marketing.
What you’ll do:
• Execute team priorities and ad-hoc projects with the Head of Marketing.
• Keep daily marketing ops moving across partnerships, launches, email, content, campaigns, and product marketing.
• Grab problems, own them end-to-end, and ship.
• Operate as a reliable, all-around marketing generalist.
• Stay scrappy, self-directed, and solution-oriented—figure it out, make it happen.
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally at a startup or other fast-paced org.
• BA or equivalent professional track record.
• Sharp written communication and extreme attention to detail.
• Proven multitasker who needs minimal oversight.
• Ready to roll up your sleeves—no task too small.
Location:
• Full-time position based in our central Berlin office, or remote from anywhere in the EU or UK.
