We have an exciting new remote opportunity with our Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team for a Senior Manager, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet.

What You Will Do:

In this position, you would be responsible for all aspects related to forecasting, analysis, and reporting for total P&W cash flow and balance sheet requirements, including:

- Developing monthly/quarterly/annual financial metrics for P&W, including key analysis of drivers, assumptions, and R&O.

- Supporting long-range and annual operating plan processes.

- Providing recommendations to senior leadership through disciplined analysis.

- Participating in strategic business projects related to cash flow and inventory.

- Providing guidance to business unit planning organizations.

- Reporting monthly results to P&W senior finance leadership, and RTX FP&A organization.

- Supporting various leadership-level presentations (P&W, RTX, BoD)

Various ad-hoc initiatives.

- This role also requires routine interaction across various stakeholders including P&W Business Unit FP&A/Finance, P&W Accounting & Tax, P&W Strategy, RTX FP&A, as well as engagement with P&W senior finance leadership (P&W CFO, P&W VP of FP&A).

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree role with at least 10 years of relevant experience in a Finance or Accounting role; OR a Master's or MBA with at least 7 years of relevant experience in a Finance or Accounting role.

- U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite [Excel, PowerPoint, Word].

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Prior experience in FP&A.

- Experience with Pratt & Whitney financial systems [SAP, Business Warehouse, OneStream, HFM].

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
