The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead our Shopping & Bidding team. This critical role will focus on delivering intuitive, effective, and trustworthy buyer experiences that support our core auction marketplace. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution of features that help users discover, evaluate, and confidently bid on assets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the product roadmap for the shopping and bidding experience on rbauction.com

  • Drive discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives that increase buyer engagement, conversion, and bidding activity

  • Deeply understand the buyer journey and solve for usability, trust, and transparency at every stage

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and marketing to deliver seamless and high-performing experiences

  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, sales, customer support, and auctions to align priorities and ensure business goals are met

  • Leverage data (BigQuery, Snowflake, GA4) to analyze user behavior and make informed product decisions

  • Champion experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace environment

  • Strong understanding of buyer-facing products with a track record of launching impactful features

  • Experience with shopping flows, bidding mechanics, or auction models is a strong plus

  • Proven success working across multiple stakeholder groups with exceptional communication and influence

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using product analytics tools

  • Comfortable working in agile environments with cross-functional product teams

  • Ability to think strategically while rolling up your sleeves to get things done

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with heavy equipment, e-commerce, or auction industries

  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale marketplaces and international user bases
