The Impact: As a Sr. Project Specialist, Go-To-Market lead, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness and adoption of technology across the organization. By developing and delivering comprehensive training programs and communication strategies, you will ensure that our stakeholders are well-informed and equipped to utilize the latest tools and functionalities. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, improving user experience, and ultimately driving client satisfaction.  The Go-To-Market Specialist will tell the story not only how new features and functionality impact end-users, but also clearly articulate the “why” and the value of any feature or enhancement

Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be vital in understanding user needs and translating technical updates into clear, actionable insights. This will empower our business units to leverage technology more effectively, leading to increased productivity and a competitive edge in the market. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and engaged, facilitating a seamless integration of new and upgraded technologies into daily operations.

In this role, your contributions will not only enhance the effectiveness of our commercial teams but also support our overarching business goals, driving revenue growth and strengthening our position in the financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and project colleagues to gather, analyze, and document updates to the Salesforce system and other commercial technologies, ensuring a thorough understanding of new features and their benefits.
  • Develop, curate, and maintain comprehensive training guides, user manuals, and quick reference materials that effectively communicate system enhancements and best practices for usage.
  • [Not sure this should be in scope] Design and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for team members, ensuring they are well-prepared to utilize new functionalities and tools effectively.
  • Create and distribute targeted communication materials, such as newsletters, emails, and intranet updates, to inform stakeholders about upcoming updates, training opportunities, and key benefits of technology enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical information into user-friendly content that promotes understanding and encourages adoption.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices related to commercial technology and Salesforce, ensuring our training and communication strategies remain current and effective.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to align technology enhancements with go-to-market strategies, ensuring that the benefits of new tools are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
  • Maintain an organized repository of training materials, documentation, and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement and easy access for all team members.

What We are Looking For:

  • A strong educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in a technology or training support role, preferably within a commercial business environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective training programs and communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in translating technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and engagement.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on gathering user feedback and addressing challenges effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive collaboration among diverse groups to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to best practices in project execution.
  • Relevant certifications in training or technology (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Training Development) are a plus, showcasing dedication to professional development in the field.
