Order Operations Specialist

Description

• Responsible for the review and processing of incoming sales orders, including review of required paperwork for adherence to company policies. 

• Invoicing of orders.  And, where required, invoicing of orders within online supplier systems (ARIBA, Coupa, etc.)

• Oversee proper provisioning of orders.

• Completion of vendor onboarding forms, including those in online vendor systems. 

• Perform credit checks for new customers and resellers.

• Processing of credit memos where necessary ensuring accurate processing for downstream reporting and systems (Salesforce, CIQ, Looker, etc)

• Interface with sales operations to maintain accurate quoting and subscription entitlements within Salesforce.

• Engage with the collections team as necessary to ensure timely invoice payments.

• Work with an eye to scalability and improvement of current systems and processes.

Required skills

• 3 years experience in similar position.  

• Software/ high tech industry experience with SaaS or subscription revenue model.  

• Flexible with ability to work in fast-paced start-up environment.   Detail oriented.

• Familiarity with NetSuite preferred.  

• Familiarity with Salesforce a plus.

• MSExcel and MSOffice skills required.
