Technical Project Manager

Job Brief:

Our client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our client's Product Education team. In this roleyou’ll manage technical projects, ensuring their successful delivery. As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll partner with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to drive project execution and delivery. Use your strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Be a key player in shaping the future of construction technology.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, for technical projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Track project progress, monitor performance, and report status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team and with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple dependencies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
