The Team:
The team is responsible for the management and enhancement of our agent CRM system, APEX.
Role Description
This role is a mix of Business Analyst/Project Management. Responsibilities include segmenting feedback submissions from our end users, managing the summarization, categorization, and prioritization on user enhancement requests. Completing reports on these activities. Holistic dependency management and escalation around scheduled work as well as other PM light activities will be needed.

Experience
1 - 3 years of experience in an IT project management environment
Experience in the isurance industry is preferred
Experience working with agile methodologies is preferred
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
Skills

Excel - Entry Level (1-3 Years)
Rally or Salesforce knowledge is preferred
