Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking organized, motivated, and passionate BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYSTS to join our team of talented and inspired colleagues in a fast paced environment. 

As a BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST, you will work closely with the business operations team. For this entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate passionate about building and improving products with a high impact on patients, who will join a growing team in developing the products that enable providers to provide high-quality services to their patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations team in their analyses needs,
• Conduct analyses whenever needed, identify and collect data from relevant data sources,
• Communicate results effectively through visuals and spreadsheets,
• Contribute to developing templates and other tools to enable the capture, manipulation, and transfer of data to relevant teams in the organization,
• Support the management in regular and ad-hoc meeting preparations,
• Assisting administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications / Desired Skills

• Competency in computer skills,
• Competency in MS Excel,
• Creative, driven and can navigate through ambiguity and a desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment,
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills,
• Self-starter and a Doer who can work well with individuals at all levels,
• A naturally curious person who is open to new approaches/ ideas and eager to learn and stretch his/her boundaries,
• Perfect English skills; both written and oral
• Residing in Istanbul city center.

• This is a permanent-term contractor job opportunity with Medsien Inc.
• Candidates living outside of Istanbul city center will be automatically eliminated from the process.
