Are you an ambitious individual with a passion for sales and healthcare? Baxter is seeking a Sales Rep for our business unit Advanced Surgery in Puglia, Italy. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work with world-class surgical products and solutions, driving success in a field that truly makes an impact on patients' lives!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As a Sales Rep, you will:

  • Develop and complete a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Puglia region.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
  • Provide outstanding product knowledge and support, ensuring flawless implementation of our surgical solutions.
  • Support surgeons in the Operating Rooms.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to determine and adapt sales strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to successfully implement promotional activities and educational programs.
  • Manage tenders processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  • Informatore Scientifico del Farmaco license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to compete in a demanding market.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, inclusive team.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of english.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Puglia region.
