THE POSITION

The Quality Assurance Auditor and Researcher, will audit the sales/service teams' performance, performing operational audits based on company demand, review and audit growth opportunities for validity and accuracy along with claim and work Quality Assurance issues. As a Quality Assurance Auditor and Researcher, you will have a broad-based knowledge of all products and services that Porch Moving Group offers.

WHAT YOU DO

Audit/Monitor the sales/service team communications (both external and internal)
Resolve and perform all A&R issues, tasks and responsibilities
Review and Audit sales and service growth opportunities for validity and accuracy
Complete Operational audits based on company demand
Any other additional Quality Assurance tasks assigned by management.
